Calcite, Baryte, Bementite, Andradite

Description

The specimen has two masses with a dividing recess through the middle. The base mass is made up of baryte, the cap is made up of calcite and the divide is micaceous bementite with hematite and some andradite. The calcite cap is an extended growth with numerous aligned surface detail and outcrop detail. The baryte is made up of numerous small tabular crystals with bladed edges showing. There is a section on the calcite which is cleaved.
